  • No, we don’t use templates. Each program is lovingly created from a blank canvas. I take the time to craft something truly unique — a beautiful and meaningful reflection of your loved one’s life and memory.

  • Once payment has been received and cleared, simply provide me with your loved one’s details, photos, and any special requests. I will create a draft and send it for your review. I offer revisions to ensure the final product perfectly honors your loved one.

  • I provide high-resolution, print-ready PDF files. Digital versions suitable for online sharing can also be arranged upon request.

  • Typically, the first draft is ready within 1–2 business days after I receive all the necessary information, and payment has cleared. I also offer 24-hour rush service and even same-day delivery when needed. Final revisions are usually completed within a day, ensuring you receive a beautiful tribute without delay.

  • While I don’t handle printing directly, I can provide guidance on print specifications and recommend trusted printing partners if needed.

  • Yes! I welcome your preferences and will customize the design to reflect your loved one’s personality and your vision.
